Information about the Ordering Process
To place an order in our online store, you can follow the steps below:
- Find your product(s);
- Add your product(s) to the cart using the "Add to Cart" button;
- In the next screen, you can choose to continue shopping, empty your cart, or modify your order;
- If the products you've selected are in the cart and you wish to proceed with your order, click "Checkout";
- Enter your personal information, preferred delivery, and payment method;
- Review your order and correct any input errors. If you've forgotten something, click "Back to Cart";
- Place your order by clicking "Buy (with payment obligation)." You can click "Print" to print or save the order.
After you've placed the order, you'll receive an order confirmation from us via email immediately. We also retain this order confirmation. If you've inadvertently lost your confirmation or wish to receive it again for any other reason, we can send it to you via email. Please contact us at [email protected] for this purpose.
