Are you not satisfied with your received product or is something wrong? We have a cooling-off period of 14 days for all our products.
The costs for returning your products are for your own account. The product must be returned in its original packaging. The product must not contain any traces of use.
The return process works as follows:
1. You send an e-mail to [email protected] with your order number, the name (or article number) of your product and the reason for return. You also indicate whether you want to receive the item again or whether you want to receive your money back.
2. You have the product collected for return to SDB Vitrinebouw (the address can be found on our site).
3. After receiving your product, we will check the return.
4. When your product has been received in good order, we will deliver the new product or refund the money to your account.
We do everything we can to make our customers happy and of course to keep them happy. We provide a good service for this and will respond quickly to any comments, suggestions or complaints. A phone call to our office is the fastest.
However, it is possible that you are not satisfied with our service. You can then send an email to [email protected] to submit your complaint. You will receive a confirmation of receipt of your complaint as soon as possible, after which we will contact you within 1 working day about the further handling.
